WARNING: Some of the textures I have used for the Aircraft Exterior, are 8K Textures, so if you are operating on an "Average" computor system, it may reduce your frame rates, or even cause stuttering.
Update 3.1 Made some adjustments to the Textures, mainly to correct, and enhance, the anti-iceing boots.
This is a ficticious Livery, although it was modeled after an actual aircraft. It does not contain the Aircraft which must be purchased separatly.
This was a learning experiance using ProjectionistFM's Training video on working with Composit Files to achieve certain Metal Effects. I found a reference photo of a BN2 Islander going through overhaul, with all of it's paint stripped off, sitting on the flight line, so this was my attemp to duplicate that aircraft. There are no reg numbers, since it is attached to the overhaul facility. Just imagine you are the Company's Check pilot, and are taking it up for a an Aircraft Check Ride, to make sure everything is working correctly before it gets sent off to the paint shop, or maybe a private individual who has requed it from a salvage yard and is restoring it!
Enjoy!
Big thank your to the ProjectionistFM for a great tutorial and allowing use of his files!
