AI Traffic is still not taking off, can this be fixed please? This is really crucial....

Also, can you put some larger gates in the afcad so bigger AI planes can appear?

Any chance for any update?

Hello, Fly2High! Is there a chance you could make a quick update of the AFCAD, so that AI aircraft will finally be able to take off? I guess it will take you a moment and will make the airport usable for AI traffic users (I guess most simmers are). On a side note, I would appreciate if you could also change the front texture of the long maintenance hangar (IATA ISAGO) along taxiway E2. Eveyone taxiing to rwy 29 for departure will pass it closely and the blurry textures you dropped on the front wall really hurt the eyes. Thank you in advance and looking forward to the changes.

I do recommend this airport but it is an FPS killer for sure, the views are worth it, this is the best mod for EPWA you can get. Please keep updating it.
Many Thanks

How to work VDGS Docking Systems with FLY 2 HIGH VDGS Modules? Any help thanks.

Fly2High is using MSFS Visual Docking Guidance System by Nool Aerosystems. Download it here: https://vdgs.nool.ee/getting-started/overview/

Ok, I have emailed you with a link to a video showing the jetway issues. The failure of the aircraft door to open only affects the PMDG 737 - and this is NOT your fault because in that aircraft, the door is opened from within the FMC menu. I realised this late in the video. The door does open on the Asobo A320 and the FlyByWire A320.
However, the jetway hood does not move over the doorway. Not sure if it meant to. And if you place the A320 on stand 22 for example, the jetway pieces the wing! So the A320 cannot use that stand.
What does appear to be prominent is that there is possibly a conflict with your scenery and the default terrain location the scenery sits on. Maybe a LAT/LONG issue? Spawning a jet from the MSFS menu puts the plane off the centreline and not in the correct nosewheel position on many stands. So I was wondering if this is a scenery placement issue?
Check out the video which also shows the floating buildings in the northern part of the airport - I have emailed you the link as the video is unlisted only for Fly2High to view. I am delaying my review until you look a these issues can we discuss it.
Take care,
Lee

Ok,
I have completed my survey of the issues at EPWA and have emailed you. In the email, is a link to the video I have prepared to help you see the issues I have looked at.
Hope it helps,

I support the calls for updates! Even after the new version 1.0.0, we still have floating buildings. And the jetways do NOT connect to aircraft correctly. Tests show the jetways move but the aircraft door never opens and the jetway hood does not move onto cover the aircraft doorway.
The full scenery will be reviewed on my YouTube channel - VIRTUALAIRLINEPILOT - this week.

Jetway doesn't work with all gates?
We have checked but don't know if there is anything missing, can you let me know?
BAW9DV 2 month(s) ago
Hi,
The jetway moves toward the aircraft fine - but the aircraft door does not open like it usually does when the jetway gets to the door and the hood of the jetway does not move to cover the gap on top of the aircraft.
I'll be doing the video review today (23 November) and it should go up tonight. I'll try to show you what happens in the video.
Regards,
Lee

I'm impressed! Very good work 😊 Around the airport is nicely done, it's a pity that you didn't give more photos from the main terminal because it's worth showing! I recommend

This is one of the better efforts by Fly2High. I support their work but I am critical of it too because I want them to get to the top of their game. This is worth a buy for sure. I have spotted the following mistakes in this airport, making it lose one star. A patch or two should be able to clean up these issues.
o - Like many developers, there is an obsession with green center lights. These lights never go right up to the parking spots IRL. Their usage of them needs to be toned down. It is quite easy to see where these are through satellite imagery. I would like to see this fixed. Same at KPVD and KRSW.
o - There are a lot of floating buildings on the NW and West sides of the airport. It is mostly the supporting buildings and none of the main ones. Some of the floating are drastic (floating off the ground more than 10 feet.
o - The main lights on the tall light poles around Apron 3 (main apron) have their LODs set way too low. The lights are popping on and brightening up the ground when you get within 100 feet of them. These lights should be easily seen while on the final. Please increase the range of the LOD on these light sources. Surely it's not that destructive to the performance of the airport?

Would you be able to confirm that the taxiway layout is up-to-date? Thanks!
maczeta 3 month(s) ago
Lod of those tall poles on Apron 3 is my biggest gripe as well. They basically turn on/off when you get closer/farther away from them, immersion killing. Also, Terminal A has pretty detailed interior, while terminal B pretty non-existant. Could've use some more consequence. Additionally I have nasty performance issue on both EPWA and EPWR, not comparable even to bigger products. Other than that it's neat rendition of Warsaw's Okęcie and deserve a try.

All of your issues was reported to Fly2High earlier, it will be fixed as soon as possible 😉

Nice work on these Eastern European Airports. A Chisinau scenery would be amazing (LUKK, Moldova)
