4X-BDN is a BK-117A4 (a predecessor of the H145) operated by Lahak Aviation for emergency medical evacuation, carrying Megan David Adom paramedics.
This is not a completely accurate representation, given the slightly different shapes and dimensions.
Lahak Aviation was formed in 2005 to take over medevac roles from the IAF's rescue unit.
It operates some 13 helicopters, including 3 BK-117s, in medevac, offshore transport, and VIP transport out of its main base in Haifa and Puria Hospital near the Sea of Galilee.
Two versions are inside the zip. hpg-airbus-h145-mada is based on the luxury version of the helicopter, and will work for everyone who owns the base package. hpg-airbus-h145-mada-ems will work for owners of the actions pack expansion, with access to the ems version.
Thank you very much ! Any chance to have it for civil version of the H145 ?

Hi,
I deliberately painted the luxury model and not the civilian - because the luxury one's skids more closely match the real world one.
Both of them are not configured internally as an ambulance helicopter anyway.

Israeli flag missing, good point....
(I would add a Magen David Adom logo on the tail rudder, it looks a bit empty )😉

The real thing has a danger sings in Hebrew and English on the tail section, but the BK117 has a standard tail rotor and not a fenerston. Looking around H145s I saw most don't have this.
Also the original's tail section has vertical fins that don't exist on the H145.
