| Republic Airport was developed by Sherman Fairchild as the Fairchild Flying Field in East Farmingdale on Long Island, NY in late 1927 as his flying field and airplane factory on Motor Avenue in South Farmingdale was inadequate to support the mass production of his Fairchild FC-2 and Fairchild 71 airplanes. Fairchild purchased property on the south side of Route 24-Conklin Street and had the airport's original layout plan prepared on November 3, 1927.

Previous version had radio freq. issues...didn't check them all but I know you never put in the ATIS. Did you enter in all the correct freq's for this airport in this new update?

I have one issue, the ATIS 126.65 is not working. I get COM not in use. Does anyone else have this issue?

same issue, did you check all the other freq's to make sure they're correct?...I noticed there's tons of dependencies, like more than 5GB worth of object file downloads. I also noticed that it cuts frames by about 33%...I get in the 60's with default KFRG but only in the 40's with this version. Havent tried this newest update yet however. I really appreciate someone doing the work though.

Really glad you like it...a true labor of love....took a lot longer to design and create, but well worth the journey. Let me know if anything seems out of place. I used to live on Long Island but now I am out west so things most likely have changed. Again, thanks for the kind words.

Finally, is right. Thanks for taking up the task of creating this popular long island airport. It's not perfect (like the Airpower Museum looks so different) but overall, it's much better than the default so thanks for that. I also noticed the Zenflight hangers on east side of runway 1 aren't showing but I do see them in your screen shots. All dependencies are loaded.
BTW you should add a paypal link for donations as well. The Coffee link needs CC info.

Thanks for the kind words... These models are stock so it's tough to do custom... Our next project will feature custom 3d models. I will update the museum down the road It's on the Todo list. Now as far as the hangars, any chance you can screenshot what you are seeing? We used our test team to make sure everything is visible. Also, are you up to date with all the regions available for the sim? Let me know so we can get it right for you. Again, thanks for the great comments! Really appreciate it. KFRG is where I took my very first real world flight at the tender age of 7 years old. Many years later, I started flying real planes because of that flight! Thanks again...glad you enjoy it.
