This bush trip will take you around the far North of Scotland following the popular North Coast 500 route.
I have including lots of points to look out for on the trip and the navlog has a lot of information to guide you around the route.
It would be a good idea to have the navlog on a second monitor or pause occasionaly to read the information.
There are five legs in the trip, the second being the longest, from Wick all the way over and down the West Coast to Plockton. The others are short and I've included a tricky farm strip landing at Knockbain.
I've done this one in the Icon A5. I thought that in case the Wick to Plockton leg was too long or you fancied stopping and exploring with the drone, then you could put it down on one of the many sea lochs.
To install just unpack and add the folder into your community folder.
Knowing how unsettled the Scottish weather can be, I've ordered in a bucket of sunshine for your trip!
Enjoy the North Coast 500!

I started it after work late tonight (flying in VR of course) and was getting tired just after Dounreay so found a small sheltered inlet (by a village called Bettyhill) and did a water landing there. Anchored the Icon up for the night and sent the wife ashore in the dinghy for groceries and beer. Using the Icon is a brilliant choice for this bush trip!
Thankfully, being early February, it's high summer here in Scotland so a very cosy and calm evening beering up and sleeping in the Icon.
To be continued tomorrow!

I thoroughly enjoyed the facts and the descriptions, though I did find stages 18-21 of the Wick to Plockton leg a little hard to work out. I probably didn't do it quite right, but it was completed and it didn't spoil my enjoyment. Thanks again. I must now do your Highland Tour!

I spend most of my time flying around the Scottish west coast as it is seriously beautiful IRL and in the Sim!
By the way, this was the mod I meant to post (by the same guy) It adds the autopilot to the stock Icon.

I'll now go and do the rest of your bush trips. Thanks again!
